PROJECT HIGHLIGHT
Project Name: Los Olivos
Client: California Pacific Homes and the Irvine Company
After completing a large-scale apartment project for California Pacific Homes in 2012, we were chosen as the electrical contractor for their Los Olivos community. This project was 1,750 units of which we were responsible for the production of 1,164. We are grateful to CalPac for putting their trust in us to complete this extensive project. This project required:
- A total of 53,300 man-hours over a period of one year
- Completion of all unit and building electrical, in addition to all of the on-site lighting
- Management of all schedules and inspection dates, which ensured a smooth project flow and seamless integration with other trades
